It was just me and my son this evening so I wanted to get something for dinner that was different and quick. I usually take advantage when my husband is out and make something knowing he probably wouldn't like it.
So if you have tried these I hope you enjoyed them if you haven't you should. They were a great balance between sweet and savory. Trader Joe's has a few different types of fresh stuffed pastas that I want to try. I will keep you posted.
